Christmas Fayre

What a day!

Here are a few snaps from our Christmas Fayre on Saturday 29th November — thanks to your incredible support we raised over £1,200 for Transport 17!

Thank you to everyone who attended, donated, baked, bought raffle tickets, ran stalls, sang, poured tea and helped make the morning so special. Also the Shepley Spitfire pub for hosting us and providing tea and coffee for free.

Your support keeps our elderly community connected, and we’re truly grateful. For many of our passengers, it isn’t just a trip, it’s their favourite part of the week. A warm meal, friendly faces, and a few hours of laughter that can turn a lonely morning into a joyful afternoon.

This £1200 can cover

· The MIDAS training course for 6 new volunteer minibus drivers, or

· 80% of the 10wkly-statutory safety inspections for ALL 3 minibuses for the next 12mths, or

· ¼ cost of a replacement tail lift on one minibus, or

· Fuel needed to drive all 3 minibuses for 3mths
